Refund Policy

1. Overview

Refund requests must be sent to [email protected] within 10 days of purchase. Include your account email, order or receipt information, and the reason for the request.

2. Eligibility

A purchase is normally eligible for review only if more than 50% of the credits included in that purchase remain unused at the time of the request.

Refund eligibility is evaluated per order or subscription purchase, not across unrelated promotions, free credits, or other accounts.

3. Deduction for Consumed Credits

Approved refunds deduct the value of consumed credits from the refundable amount. The consumed-credit value is calculated from the actual amount paid for that order divided by the purchased credit amount, multiplied by credits already used.

For example, if an order included 1,000 credits and 300 credits were consumed, the refund review starts from the unused value after deducting the 300 consumed credits.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Free credits, promotional credits, bonus credits, completed high-volume generation usage, accounts that violate the Terms & Conditions, fraudulent payments, chargeback abuse, or suspicious activity are not eligible for standard refunds.

We may decline refunds where the service has been substantially used, abused, or where required information cannot be verified.

5. Subscriptions and Cancellations

You may cancel a subscription to stop future renewal. Unless required by law or approved under this policy, cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period.

After cancellation, paid access normally remains available until the end of the current billing period.

6. Review Timeline and Payment Method

We aim to review refund requests within 5 business days after receiving enough information. If approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method when supported by the payment provider.

Bank processing time, card network timing, and payment provider delays are outside our control.
